On January 22, 2024, the China Construction Machinery Industry Association organized a meeting of Yijiatong Battery"High-power, high-safety" short knife ".Key Technology and Application of Special Industrial Vehicle Power Lithium-ion Battery" Project Scientific and Technological Achievements Appraisal Meeting.
The appraisal committee composed of industry authoritative experts from China Construction Machinery Industry Association, Chang'an University, Wenzhou University, China National Construction Machinery Research Institute Group, National Construction Machinery Quality Inspection and Testing Center and other units attended the appraisal. Zhou Liping, Vice President of Yijiatong Battery, and Zhang Shusen, Chief Engineer and Dean, participated in the whole process and attended the appraisal meeting.
The experts inspected the production site, listened to the report on the scientific and technological achievements of the enterprise, reviewed the relevant information, and after questioning and discussion, they agreed that the project is highly innovative, the overall technology has reached the international advanced level, and agreed to pass the appraisal of scientific and technological achievements.

Expert opinion
China Construction Machinery Industry Association organized and held a scientific and technological achievement appraisal meeting in Xuancheng City, Anhui Province, which was completed by Anhui Yijiatong Battery. The appraisal committee listened to the report of the completion unit, inspected the product and production site, reviewed the relevant technical data, and formed the following appraisal opinions after questioning and discussion
1.The appraisal materials provided are complete and standardized, and meet the appraisal requirements.
2.The main achievements and innovations of the project are as follows:
1) Invented the conductive carbon black, carbon nanotubes, graphene and lithium iron phosphate composite cathode technology bridging conductive small molecules, and constructed a three-dimensional continuous thermal and conductive path of point, line and surface, which solved the structural instability caused by the accumulation of heat inside the battery during the charging and discharging process of the battery, and improved the safety of the system.
2) Invented the negative pressure formation technology to improve the formation interface of lithium-ion batteries. The all-tab structure has been developed, and the unique short knife design of the two-ended pole makes the temperature distribution more uniform and improves the high-power charging and discharging capacity.
3) Developed a module-free integrated battery system to improve energy density, improve heat dissipation performance, and prolong the service life of the battery.
3.The results of the product have been inspected by Weikai testing technology and other testing institutions, and the tested indicators meet the requirements of relevant standards. After being used by users, the feedback is good, and the economic and social benefits are significant.
The appraisal committee believes that the project is highly innovative, technically difficult, has independent intellectual property rights, and the overall technical performance indicators have reached the international advanced level, and agreed to pass the appraisal.
