2.The connection between the air inlet, air outlet and tower body of the PP spray tower, and the connection of each section of the supporting PP air duct are not deformed, cracked, leakage, etc., if any, they should be properly recorded for maintenance.
3.Whether there is liquid leakage in the sprinkler pipe, circulating water tank, circulating water pump, water inlet and drain ball valves of the equipment, if any, should be properly recorded so that the accessories can be replaced or repaired.
4.All bolts and fasteners of the PP spray tower are not loose, corroded, deformed and other abnormal phenomena, if any, they should be properly recorded and replaced, reinforced and repaired.
5.Open the transparent window of the manhole, check whether the sealing ring at the connection between the window and the flange is in good condition, and replace it in time if there is aging or damage.
6.Whether the spiral nozzle of the PP spray tower is blocked, whether the packing ball in the packing layer is blocked, if there is any blockage, please judge the degree of blockage, make a record, and make it clear whether to replace or rinse and clean.
