Heating furnace overhaul has very important particularities, usually not only the construction period is tight, the task is heavy, the overhaul quality requirements are high, and the working environment is harsh (usually high temperature and high dust), the space is narrow, and the cross operation level is many, and the heating furnace should be fully prepared before overhaul: (1) Before overhaul, it should be fully prepared, ready to overhaul all kinds of materials required, and ready to replace the parts. and transport the material to the site near the furnace; (2) As the arrangement of the construction team, compile the maintenance progress chart, and convene the maintenance work meeting, and explain the maintenance schedule, maintenance requirements, safety and other precautions to the maintenance personnel clearly.
1.When the continuous heating furnace is shut down for maintenance, in order to speed up the cooling rate of the furnace, the flue gate and all furnace doors should be opened to strengthen the circulation cooling.
2.Pay attention to ensure the quality of maintenance, ensure the progress of maintenance and save materials. In order to reduce material consumption, the refractory bricks and steel that can be used are neatly stacked for reuse.
3.When dismantling the old masonry and components, be careful not to demolish other parts that do not need to be repaired, and protect the parts that do not need to be repaired from damage.
4.The quality requirements for cold repair masonry are the same as those for new furnaces, and the joints between the old and new masonry should be smooth and strong.
5.During the overhaul, the welding quality of the cooling parts in the furnace must be guaranteed, and high-skilled and experienced welders are required to weld. When installing the water pipe at the bottom of the furnace, pay attention to check and remove the iron oxide scale and debris in the pipe. After the installation of each cooling part, a hydrostatic test is carried out, and bricklaying is allowed only after there is no leakage.
6.The maintenance of the heating furnace is more complicated, and it requires the cooperation of multiple types of work to complete the work. All work must be closely coordinated and carried out in strict accordance with the progress of the project and the requirements of maintenance. After the overhaul, organize a detailed inspection and acceptance of all overhaul items. And organize the elimination of the defects detected, and clean the surrounding environment of the heating furnace, and only when all the requirements are met after inspection, can the oven be baked.
