After receiving the notice, please fill in the "Registration Form for Group Member Units of Shanghai Archives Society" in time and affix the official seal, and then fax or mail it back to the Municipal Archives Society. The re-registration period is from March 1st to March 31st, and those who fail to register within the time limit will be deemed to have automatically given up their group membership.
