On March 2, Chaozhou City's first "Chaoyong Hanjiang Guangji Talents" Talent Week was officially launched. All units in Chaozhou will focus on the introduction of talents, training, integration of production and talent, and shaping of the city's love for talent atmosphere within a week, and carry out 14 sub-activities around the introduction, education, use, and love of talents, showing the full sincerity of "seeking talents".
At the job fair, Chaozhou enterprises had in-depth conversations with job seekers to understand the needs of both parties. A policy publicity service area was also set up on site to provide relevant policy consulting services for job seekers in terms of personnel talents, employment and entrepreneurship, and skills training.

It is understood that in 2024, various enterprises and institutions in Chaozhou plan to recruit 725 high-level talents throughout the year, including 504 in public institutions and 221 in enterprises. The first round of recruitment activities was launched in February, providing a total of 154 positions and recruiting 450 people, including 229 in public institutions and 221 in enterprises.
