1. Ignore stress.

This mentality of escaping stress seems to be temporarily relieved, but in fact it does not solve the pressure, does not face the pressure head-on, and does not find a channel to release the pressure. This kind of avoidance mentality will lose the best time to deal with stress, and will let stress become chronic pressure and accumulate in the heart, invisibly damaging one's physical and mental health.
In the face of stress, we can try to break down the problem into smaller, more manageable steps to make life more manageable, or we can develop a realistic plan to solve the problem. 2. Overeating.
The only way to solve worries is food. Many workers, especially young workers, will relieve stress by eating their favorite foods. Of course, when you work hard for a while, or when your heart is unhappy, it is okay to find some favorite food to relieve your tension and find the joy and sweetness of life. Scientific studies have also proven that eating some sweets can relieve stress. But we don't advocate overeating as a way to relieve stress. When you are stressed, you can ask a group of friends to eat meat, drink wine, sing, or buy a bunch of snacks online and play games while eating. But the problem is that relying on food to reduce stress seems to relieve stress temporarily, but your health is threatened, especially eating high-sugar sweets, high-calorie or high-fat foods will increase the risk of diabetes, high blood pressure and rapid weight gain.
3. Alcohol and smoking.
There are also some employees and friends who use tobacco and alcohol to anesthetize themselves and avoid pressure. When you're stressed, get drunk at a bar, get drunk with friends, or get drunk in the smoke yourself, forget about the world for a while, and let the stress away from you. The fatal thing about this method is that it has a serious dependence, gradually becoming a drunkard and a smoker, the problem is still unsolved, and he has become a miserable person, his physical condition will get worse and worse, his mental state will get worse and worse, and his life state will get worse and worse. Similar methods include coffee dependence, game dependence, etc., which are all bad methods.
Fourth, crazy work.
This method of coping with stress is very noteworthy, as the frenzied work obscures the truth of the facts, and sometimes even the person himself ignores his inner world and does not consciously adjust himself. But overwork can make people feel more stressed over time, and it can also make emotions such as depression and anxiety worse as the body is overburned until finally it is unbearable.
5. Shopping spree.
Some female workers will also use shopping spree to relieve stress, spending money without purpose and restraint to buy a bunch of things they don't need. Shopping sprees, like alcohol and smoking, can lead to substance dependence.
Why does shopping relieve stress?Because when shopping, you can seek a sense of control, what to buy, how to buy, how much to buy are up to you, and the seller will also receive buyers with an excellent attitude, so that buyers can truly experience the feeling of being in control, and this kind of relaxation, freedom and freedom will allow them to temporarily get rid of the pressure of life. However, spending money on shopping often can lead to financial problems and may become indebted, which can exacerbate the stress of life.
6. Passive avoidance.
At present, there are also some employees and friends who take passive methods to cope with the pressure, such as no longer contacting people, finding a quiet place, hiding, self-cultivation, and staying away from the hustle and bustle;Or often go to the temple to burn incense and worship the Buddha, to entrust the gods and find refuge. When the pressure on employees is increasing, and it is understandable that they can no longer handle it, they should find a quiet place to rethink and organize their minds and emotions. However, if you are too passive and avoid the world, deliberately avoiding the problems that need to be thought about and faced, I am afraid it is not the best way to relieve stress.
7. Violent catharsis.
It is said that the current "decompression hall" is particularly popular, and many young workers can vent their emotions and relieve pressure by yelling, smashing dishes, and hitting villains when they go to the decompression hall. Or some employees find a sandbag to hang up, imagine the sandbag in front of them as the person they hate in their hearts, or paste it on the sandbag, and then punch and kick to vent their inner dissatisfaction.
This method can indeed vent bad emotions in a short period of time and seems to release stress, but the psychological construction after venting must keep up, and after the emotions and hearts return to rationality and calm, think about the fundamental way to solve the pressure. If you just stay at the level of emotional venting, after violent venting becomes a habitual behavior, once it gets out of control, it is possible to bring violent venting to real work and life, which is easy to hurt others, which is very worthy of the attention of employees and friends.
