On the morning of March 4, the Department of Physical Education of the University organized the first sports work conference of 2024. Subsequently, Yu Zhuang readjusted the layout of the office, adopted the tutor responsibility system according to the age structure of the teachers, and redivided the teachers of the teaching and research department into five groups in the form of a team of one or two new teachers with one or two new teachers, giving full play to the advanced leading role of excellent teachers, helping each other, and discussing together, so that new teachers can grow rapidly and complete various tasks efficiently.
