According to the relevant provisions of the construction qualification standards of the construction industry, the construction qualification is divided into three categories: construction general contracting qualification, construction professional contracting qualification and construction labor subcontracting qualification.
Among them, the construction general contracting qualification is divided into 12 categories in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, in addition to the general contracting of mechanical and electrical engineering and communication engineering, the remaining ten categories have four levels of division, the highest level is the special grade, and the business scope is also the widest. Specifically, it is divided into: general contracting qualification for construction engineering, general contracting qualification for highway engineering construction, general contracting qualification for railway engineering construction, general contracting qualification for port and waterway engineering construction, general contracting qualification for water conservancy and hydropower engineering construction, general contracting qualification for electric power engineering construction, general contracting qualification for mining engineering construction, general contracting qualification for metallurgical engineering construction, general contracting qualification for petrochemical engineering construction, general contracting qualification for municipal public works construction, general contracting qualification for communication engineering construction and general contracting qualification for mechanical and electrical engineering construction.
There are 36 categories of construction professional contracting qualifications. Among these categories, some professional contracting qualifications have three levels, some have two levels of professional contracting qualifications, and some professional contracting qualifications have no grades.
The construction labor subcontracting qualification is transformed from the thirteen labor subcontracting operations, and there is no division of grades and categories.
The following is the process of applying for construction qualifications:
1. Prepare materials. Business license: Before applying for qualification, the construction enterprise must have a business license; According to the qualification standards of the application, professionals should be equipped, and at the same time, the corresponding certificates should be obtained: prepare to apply for the corresponding technical personnel of the qualification level of the construction engineer, engineer, nine members, skilled workers, etc.
2, to apply: the qualification of the enterprise in the name of the legal person to the enterprise registration of the district and county construction administrative departments to submit a written application, the district and county construction administrative departments agreed, reported to the local, state, municipal construction bureau, the prefecture, state and city construction administrative departments to review and sign the opinion, reported to the construction management office.
3. Review and approval: The relevant departments will review the enterprises applying for decoration qualifications, mainly to review whether the personnel, assets and project performance of the enterprises meet the qualification standards.
4. Result reporting: The enterprise applying for qualification shall submit the original and copy of the qualification application materials to the construction industry management department of the district in accordance with the principle of territorial management, and the relevant construction industry management department shall report after passing the preliminary examination.
5. Publicity announcement: The construction management office will review the qualification application materials, publicize the qualifications that belong to the approved scope, and after the publicity is completed, it will be approved without objection and reported to the provincial construction management bureau for the record.
6. Receive the certificate: After the qualification is approved, the enterprise will go through the registration procedures for the construction engineer in the engineering department of the relevant department, and then receive the qualification certificate after receiving the registered construction engineer certificate.
