1.Test item 1: body composition test
Test instrument: inbody body composition analyzer.
Test time: about 5 minutes per person.
Test description: Measure the content of human fat, protein, water, inorganic salts, etc., and obtain the relevant body index index.
Precautions: 1) Before the test, the staff needs to enter the height, weight, gender, age and other information of the tester;
2) The tester needs to take off his shoes and socks, and take off the metal objects he is wearing, if there are metal objects (such as pacemakers) in the body, the test cannot be carried out;
3) Do not shake or shake your arms during the test.
2.Test item 2: EZ-SCAN diabetes risk assessment
Test instrument: EZ-SCAN Diabetes Risk Assessment System.
Test time: 3-5 minutes people.
Test Description: EZ-Scan diabetes risk assessment uses reverse ion analysis, which connects electrodes to the hands, feet and forehead respectively, and analyzes the degree of autonomic neuropathy of sweat glands by measuring the conductivity of sweat gland ions, and assesses the risk of diabetes and its complications or the severity of lesions. Detection**, non-invasive, no blood collection required, results can be detected in 3-5 minutes. In prediabetes, diabetes and its complications have not yet occurred, impaired glucose tolerance, insulin resistance, and the risk of diabetes and its complications can be detected.
Precautions: 1) Before the test, the tester needs to take off his shoes and socks;
2) In order to reduce the impact on the test results, try not to move during the test.
3.Test item 3: Coordination and Sensitivity Test (Fitlight Test).
Test Instrument: Fitlight Agility Reaction Test Training System.
Test time: about 5 minutes per person.
Test Description: This test can reflect the candidate's ability to coordinate and be sensitive.
Precautions: 1) The tester stands 1 meter in front of the test system, the sensor lights up randomly 15 times, and the light is turned off by waving his hand in the fastest time;
2) The tester shall conduct the test according to the instructions of the staff;
3) Pay attention to personal safety during the test.
4.Test item 4: Y balance test
Test Instrument: Y Balance Test Kit.
Test time: about 5 minutes per person.
Test Description: The Y balance test can be used to assess the body's dynamic balance ability, which can better reflect the body's stability, flexibility and strength.
Precautions: 1) The tester needs to take off his shoes;
2) Injuries related to joints, muscles, ligaments, etc., and the relevant test actions cannot be completed, so it is not recommended to conduct the test.
