3.Transportation of chemicals. After fully understanding the composition and danger of chemicals, it is necessary to consider the transportation of chemicals, first of all, airlines do not accept the transportation of liquids and chemicals, and whether the shipping company needs to consider whether to receive the goods by sea. According to the Announcement of the General Administration of Customs on Further Strengthening the Inspection and Supervision of Imported Hazardous Chemicals (No. 29 of 2023): When the consignee or **person of imported hazardous chemicals declares customs, it should truthfully fill in the attributes of the goods, inspection and quarantine name, dangerous category, packaging category, United Nations dangerous goods number (UN number), packaging mark of dangerous goods (packaging UN mark) and destination inspection and quarantine authority in the "China International ** Single Window". In accordance with the requirements of the Announcement No. 129 of 2020 of the General Administration of Customs (Announcement on Issues Concerning the Inspection and Supervision of Import and Export of Hazardous Chemicals and Their Packaging) to be uploaded to the declared goods, the following materials shall be submitted.
1) Declaration of Conformity of Enterprises Importing Hazardous Chemicals (for the form, see Announcement No. 129 [2020] of the General Administration of Customs);
2) For products that need to add inhibitors or stabilizers, the names and quantities of inhibitors or stabilizers should be provided;
3) Samples of Chinese hazard publicity labels (except bulk products) and Chinese safety data sheets.
