Looking through 99 inquiries, I summed up these five rules

Wake up at 7 a.m.

The sun is so good. It's already sunburned in the house.

Thinking that spring is coming, it must be very warm today.

So, wear one less piece of clothing when you go out. When I went back at night, the little wind was swishing.

It's still cold! The office is also cold. I checked it out and didn't open the window. Turned off the heating early? Nor did it.

It's cold! Now the company (doubled), there are fewer customers for the operation, and there is more time, so I have the energy, calm down and study something.

Made an operational note**. Write the date, background module, screenshot of the diagnosed problem, solution, and operation record in the header.

Through this, you can clearly see the operation of the platform, what are the problems encountered at present? What is the solution? And where is the progress so far?

As long as you make a record every day, when you look back a week or 10 days later, you can clearly see the actions made during this time, is it helpful to solve this problem?

In this way, there will be a precipitation of experience. Avoid wasting time on repetitive and ineffective actions in the later stage.

There is a shop that creates a popular product. 90 days ago, 200 customers were brought in, but none of them were closed.

I have time today to flip through the recent inquiries one by one. Statistics of the country of each inquiry, the product of the inquiry, whether the customer is L1+, the follow-up of the business and the reason for the loss of the order.

There are about 100 of them. To sum up the following points:

First, the proportion of inquiries from newly registered buyers is indeed quite large. Register yesterday and send an inquiry on the same day or on the second day. This part of the buyers should not rely on the use of the international station. You can also see from the 90-day login, only once or twice, and then never come back. In most cases, after the business is replied, it stays in the buyer's unread state.

Second, L0 buyers are indeed relative to L1+ buyers. The response rate is much lower for more than two or three times. And the acceptance of the product is lower.

Thirdly, developing countries, especially Africa. If there is no domestic freight forwarder in China, 90% of them will run away when they hear about the sea freight.

Fourth, products and products are not the same. Some products are more suitable for e-commerce. Products with small size, light weight, and various packaging methods, lower shipping costs and higher turnover rates.

Fifth, the salesman does not have a good understanding of the buyer's consultation questions, and often answers the wrong questions, or ignores the detailed and specific questions of the customer.

In view of the above situation, I think some changes can be made on the operational side:

First, the through train continues to maintain the high premium of L1+ tags, while increasing the premium of tags related to high response rates. The premium for newly registered buyers must not be set.

Second, in addition to the developed countries in Europe, the United States, Japan and South Korea, which we know by default, geographical delivery. I think we can use the exchange rate as a criterion to evaluate a country's economy.

Countries where the country's currency has depreciated relative to the renminbi will lag behind the relative economy. Products may be less competitive locally, such as Zimbabwe and India. When the exchange rate of the country's currency and the renminbi is several times, the country's economy is often better and the consumption capacity is strong.

Most of the customers we come into contact with on a daily basis are small and medium-sized factories, and the goods they operate are often homogeneous and have low gold content. Selling to developed countries will have better performance because of the best advantages. Foreign wholesalers also buy goods to their local retail to end customers, giving them enough profit margins. For example, dollar countries, pound sterling countries.

Third, determine the main products. In addition to having a competitive advantage and gross profit margin, the main products should also be convenient for transportation and transactions. Products with more potential large buyers are preferred (buyers tend to be wholesalers rather than individuals) rather than just looking at products that can now bring more inquiries.

Fourth, for the business side. Although it is not the expertise of agency operation, we can do it in a timely manner to remind and supervise.

In the end, the goal of both parties is the same, and they are both working hard for the final deal.

I have some other thoughts, will the proportion of L1+ buyers be related to different products? Are there products that are natural and easier to attract L1+ buyers?

The relationship between the proportion of L1+ buyers and countries and regions. Do we think that the proportion of L1+ in developed countries will be high?

Time is running out, have time to study it again.

I was too busy with work today to even glance at my position.

When you get busy, time flies quickly and is very fulfilling.

I probably know that there is no problem in recovering the cost this year.

To make a simple one, February monthly summary:

In terms of investment, this year, from the maximum floating loss of 3w2, it has returned to its original cost in less than a month, and the speed is still very fast.

It's not that we're awesome. It's ** up and down, it's too exaggerated.

Throughout the month, not a few trades were made. Most of the time is spent sitting on the sidelines.

Hopefully, in March, it will be more stable. Last year and the year before last combined, there was a loss of 20,000 yuan, see if you can finish in March, and the overall return will be made.

Writing, this is the 41st article, and I have basically developed the habit of sharing one article a day.

In the past, when I wrote 1,000 words, I had to buckle the rope for half a day. Now I output 1500-2000 words a day, which is very easy.

After I continued to write, I found that there was a little change: I had more observations and perceptions of my surroundings and daily life, like a big jellyfish, trying to stretch out each of my tentacles, to feel life, work, and any information I came into contact with.

To put it bluntly, I started to observe life.

Every little thing I experienced, I was thinking, can it be used as material to write in my diary? How to write more fun? Written, netizens read it, will they feel rewarded?

The number of followers is stuck at 22.

Growth is slow, slow.

Now the mentality is also relaxed. First polish yourself slowly, so that you can harvest and grow every day.

In terms of fitness, I have also developed a habit of checking in every day.

Now in addition to jumping rope, I also started to practice some push-ups.

When it stabilizes, I will gradually increase the amount, in addition to my own insistence, now it has also driven my family to check in.

On the whole, it is developing in a good direction.

Three little things are still persistent.

No visible changes have been seen.

Have a great weekend tomorrow weekend!
