Non-standard hydraulic station
In the hydraulic station of the hydraulic press, in order to ensure the safety of the equipment in flammable and explosive environments, explosion-proof motors are often used as the main driving device. The explosion-proof motor is different from the ordinary motor, it adopts a special explosion-proof design, which can effectively prevent the sparks and arcs generated by the equipment during operation.
In order to protect the explosion-proof motor, the hydraulic station needs to take into account the following aspects during the design phase:
1.Motor selection: When selecting an explosion-proof motor, it is necessary to select a motor that meets the relevant standards according to the specific working environment and working conditions of the equipment, and ensure that the explosion-proof level and protection level of the motor meet the requirements.
2.Electrical control system: The control system of the explosion-proof motor needs to adopt explosion-proof electrical components and wiring methods to ensure that the electrical circuits will not produce sparks or arcs. At the same time, the control system should also be equipped with interlocking protection to prevent the motor from starting due to misoperation or other reasons.
3.Cooling system: Explosion-proof motors need a good cooling system to ensure the heat dissipation effect of the motor and avoid accidents caused by overheating. Hydraulic stations usually use explosion-proof circulating cooling systems to ensure that the motors can still operate normally in high-temperature environments.
4.Safety interlocking: The hydraulic station needs to be equipped with a safety interlocking device, which can cut off the power supply in time to prevent accidents when the motor fails, overloads, and the temperature is too high.
Through the comprehensive application of the above measures, the explosion-proof motor protection of the hydraulic station of the hydraulic press can be effectively realized to ensure the safe and stable operation of the equipment in a flammable and explosive environment.
