After the independence of Ukraine, it sold treasures to China, what is the essence

After the independence of Ukraine, what is the essence of China's ** treasure?

Brilliant beginning, sad ending! After the collapse of the Soviet Union, Ukraine took up the burden, and with a rich agricultural and heavy industry base, it took over the vast wealth of the Soviet legacy, following Russia.

However, this supposedly thriving capital has not been put to good use, making Ukraine's status as a nuclear power that once briefly shone all the time. "

After more than three decades of independence, Ukraine's economic path has been difficult, with many military-industrial complexes struggling to survive, and Soviet legacies barely sustaining operations.

At a critical juncture, Ukraine received a business partner from the East, whose generous orders poured in like a timely rain, injecting ample funds into Ukraine's military industry, which was mired in financial crisis**.

Ukraine is doing its best to meet the needs of important customers from the East, and because it cherishes every business opportunity, it vows to hold on to the hearts of this Oriental buyer.

How many national treasures has Ukraine contributed today, which can be called "treasures"? If China has gained the most remarkable thing from it, it is the Varyag aircraft carrier, which symbolizes an important deal and cooperation between China and Ukraine.

Although"Varyag"The history and journey of the aircraft carrier and its carrier-based aircraft to China is widely known, but for the Chinese Navy, Ukraine gifted it"A valuable legacy"Far more than this aircraft carrier, it carries more deep meaning and expectations.

During the friendly period of the 80s of the last century, the Chinese Navy benefited from the rapport between China and the United States, and was able to introduce and benefit from the advanced technology of the US Navy, such as the iconic LM2500 gas turbine, which played a key role in the development of the Chinese Navy.

The LM2500 gas turbine ranks first in the world's production, leads the industry with its excellent performance, and has long been the first choice for power for Western sea boats, laying its immortal position in the military field.

In the 80s, we were passionate about innovative technology, and the LM2500 gas turbine naturally attracted our attention as a cutting-edge technology. Therefore, we decisively introduced this high-efficiency power machine produced in the United States and integrated it into the Type 052 destroyer independently developed by our country, which promoted the modernization process of our naval equipment.

In the face of changes in the international situation, the originally stable situation has been impacted, and the escalation of tensions between China and the United States has deprived us of the key way to obtain the LM25000 gas turbine.

In the past, the Type 052 destroyer relied on the technical advantages of the LM2500 gas turbine, but the sudden changes in the international environment have dealt a heavy blow to China's shipbuilding industry.

However, in the wonderful turning point of history, when the door of Western technology was closed to us, the northern giant of the East, the Soviet Union, unexpectedly came to the end of history, opening up new opportunities for our country.

The shock wave after the collapse of the Soviet Union profoundly affected the former member states, which faced drastic fluctuations in economic development in the midst of sudden changes.

In the midst of the global financial turmoil, many countries are in dire need of external assistance to save the marginalized economic lifeline. We have an insight into the unique advantages of Ukraine in preserving the legacy of the former Soviet Union - a gas turbine manufacturing plant, the production of which"ugt25000"Gas turbines may be a key force in solving this urgent need.

Developed in the mid-80s, this gas turbine was proudly developed in the early 90s after several years of careful development, so it was the most advanced technology at the time.

Upon hearing this exciting news, our team was overjoyed and immediately deployed negotiators to Ukraine to work on the purchase of the UGT25000 gas turbine.

In the face of economic challenges, Ukraine is naturally open to our country's purchasing intentions. Therefore, in 1993, they chose to send 10 advanced UGT25000 gas turbines to our country, and generously shared the relevant core technology.

As soon as the key technology of UGT25000 was grasped, China's scientific research team immediately set foot on it"Independent research and development"The journey of innovation. With perseverance and outstanding wisdom, China's scientific research institutions have not only successfully realized the local transformation of UGT25000, but also bravely scaled the peak of science and technology on this basis, forging a domestic gas turbine that can compete with the world's top level, demonstrating the national strength and technological breakthrough.

It is the milestone achievement of domestic gas turbines that has created a surging wave of construction in the second decade of the 21st century for our country and achieved large-scale"Under the dumplings"boom.

UGT25000 gas turbine is undoubtedly a bright pearl in the field of research and development in China, and the benefits it brings cannot be measured in words. Hand in hand with Ukraine, in the nineties of the last century, our country harvested many cutting-edge equipment, including the Varyag aircraft carrier, and these arms sales contracts undoubtedly greatly promoted the progress of our equipment.

Entering a new era, China's military cooperation with Ukraine has been steadily accelerating, and despite some challenges brought about by fluctuations in the domestic situation, we still maintain a close cooperation posture.

Despite the challenges, our country has succeeded in acquiring key equipment, including the Il-78 tanker, through its cooperation with Ukraine. This aircraft is of vital importance to our country, because the vast territory of our country has led to a growing demand for long-range flight capabilities of Air Force fighters, and the Il-78 tanker meets this urgent need.

In the nineties of the last century, when China introduced fighter jets, it was well aware of the importance of strategic vision. Therefore, we chose to introduce the Su-27 with a long range and high loading capacity, rather than the MiG-29, which has a limited range of activities, because of the wise choice of protracted combat and strength improvement.

Although China has introduced the Su-27 fighter with long-range flight capability, it seems that it is difficult to meet the needs of our vast sea territory, and it seems to be a little insufficient.

For example, in the naval battle of Chigua Reef in the 80s of the last century, our army successfully achieved a comprehensive grasp of victory by virtue of its remarkable superiority.

However, in the early days, because our side had very little air force to fly to the South China Sea, the command was deeply worried about the air threat posed by the enemy's Su-22 fighter-bombers to the fleet.

After winning the glorious victory of Chigua Reef, although it occupied some of the lost islands and reefs, it was not able to completely recover all the land occupied by foreign forces, which undoubtedly left a trace of regret.

Because of this, the need to enhance the strength of our air force is even more urgent, and special models such as tankers are urgently needed to extend the air endurance of fighters.

In the past, the United States had excellent aerial refueling technology, however, due to the limitations of science and technology in China at that time, it lacked a large-scale and stable platform suitable for performing aerial refueling missions.

Therefore, we had to introduce and digest foreign tanker technology, which prompted China's independent research and development of the bombing oil 6 to come into being.

Although the design of the H-6 is inspired by the image of a medium bomber (Figure 16), its actual fuel carrying capacity is limited, and its high fuel consumption characteristics greatly reduce the availability of fuel.

Therefore, the main mission of the H-6 is to provide in-flight refueling support for relatively small fighters such as the J-8 or J-10.

In order to enhance the long-range combat capability of our fighter jets, we are actively seeking ways to improve them, and for this reason, we are considering the introduction of several second-hand Il-78 air tankers from Ukraine to enhance the endurance of our aviation forces.

Thanks to the solid foundation of friendship and cooperation between China and Ukraine, in 2011, we successfully reached an important agreement with Ukraine on the introduction of three Il-78 air tankers.

At a critical moment when we were actively introducing the Il-78 air tanker, the situation in Ukraine suddenly changed dramatically, pro-Western forces took power, and clashes broke out with civilian forces in the east.

At one point, the world was focused on the fate of the Il-78 tanker program, worrying about whether it would be stalled by the current situation. However, Ukraine** stuck to its promise and delivered all three Il-78 tanker aircraft to us in 2018, which made the fears disappear.

Although China's oil 20 still retains a certain degree of mystery, these refueling equipment purchased from Ukraine have significantly increased the strength of our army. Summing up, the close military cooperation between the two countries stems not only from the current economic difficulties in Ukraine, but also from the growing international influence of our country.

It is inconceivable that a former superpower would be willing to disclose its military technology unless it is backed by deep national power.

Although in the glory of the past, these armaments of Ukraine led the trend two or three decades ago, but in the face of today's rapidly changing military technology, they can no longer keep up with the pace of the times and appear too old.

The hard work of our scientific researchers has made the first-class equipment purchased by Ukraine still enjoy to this day"Superior quality"Behind this is their unremitting technical contributions.

In other words, we should pay tribute to those who have contributed to the prosperity and progress of the country, rather than simply thanking Ukraine. What is truly worthy of gratitude are those outstanding people who have forged ahead on the road of development of the motherland.
