Ford, which is marketed globally, has released special editions of different product positions in response to different market needs, and this time Ford has launched a limited edition of 400 units of the F-Max, the brand's largest truck, to add an exclusive styling package to its exterior and interior.
Ford has announced the launch of a limited edition F-Max in black and gold.
The Ford F-Max has been the flagship model of the Ford Trucks lineup since its debut in 2018, with an onyx black and bronze two-tone exterior finish, black trim on the rims, wheel arch trim and pedals, body-coloured exterior mirrors, and blackened LED headlight clusters.
Inside, the overall layout remains the same as that of the standard model, but the centre console has its own limited-edition numbered nameplate, lettering on the seats and steering wheel, while bronze trim strips and stitching contrast with the black interior and echo the exterior colour scheme.
In terms of equipment, the F-Max also comes with a wide range of features, including a multi-9" touchscreen, air pressure suspension driving and passenger seats, a mini-fridge and a double bed in the rear. Safety features such as intelligent active cruise control with start-stop control, active lane keeping assist, blind spot information, and alcohol interlocking are comparable to those of passenger cars.
The powertrain has not changed, equipped with 12The 7-litre EcoTorQ diesel engine with variable turbometry produces 500 hp and 2,500 Nm of torque, mated to a 16-speed ZF automatic transmission with Eco Power mode switching.
Ford did not disclose the pricing of the limited edition of 400 F-Max, but this is not the first time that the company has launched a limited edition model for the F-Max, as the F-Max Blackline was officially launched in 2021, with a smaller quota than this time, only 250 units available. The Blackline, on the other hand, is more sporty, with racing stripes painted on the exterior and blue stripes on the interior.
