In China, the morbidity and mortality of gastric AI are high.
Chinese love to eatHigh-salt, pickled, smoked and grilled foods, social pressure increases, resulting in more and more peopleStaying up late, smoking, drinking too much
In the view of traditional Chinese medicine, these are all direct factors that cause the increase in the number of patients with stomach problems.
Compared with other AI diseases, gastric AI is indeed likely to be detected at an early stage, mainly due to some of its more obvious early symptoms. However, this does not mean that gastric AI is not scary, as the prognosis for gastric AI is generally poor, and the main reasons include:Early detection is difficult, easy to transfer, and **
Early symptoms of gastric AI may include stomach upset, stomach pain, bloating, indigestion, heartburn, pantothenic acid, etc., which may be good and bad, or progressively worse. In addition, symptoms such as unexplained weight loss, loss of appetite, marked anorexia, post-eating fullness and belching, and carnivorous aversion may also occur. However, these symptoms are often overlooked or misdiagnosed as common digestive disorders, thus delaying the opportunity.
Therefore, we need to take proactive measures for the prevention and ** of gastric AI. Understanding pre-gastric AI symptoms is a critical step. Today, we will introduce 4 types of stomach diseases, and if you find them, please seek medical attention in time.
1. Chronic atrophic gastritis
Chronic atrophic gastritis, accounting for 10% to 20% of chronic gastritis, is more common in middle-aged and elderly people.
Patients with chronic atrophic gastritis generally have loss of appetite, nausea, belching, heartburn, persistent or intermittent fullness of the upper abdomen, and a small number of patients have gastrointestinal bleeding, emaciation, anemia, etc.
At present, it is believed that the prognosis of the vast majority of chronic atrophic gastritis is good, and only a few will have AI changes, and the AI change rate does not exceed 3%. However, if dysplasia occurs in the gastric mucosa, the chance of AI degeneration increases significantly.
2. Gastric ulcer
A stomach ulcer is an ulcer that occurs in the lining of the stomach. If progression continues, complications such as bleeding or perforation can occur. In this way, stomach ulcers are much more terrible than gastritis.
The main symptoms of gastric ulcers are epigastric pain, dull pain, bloating pain, and burning pain. There are also uncomfortable symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, acid reflux, belching, and heartburn.
3. Gastric polyps
Many patients do not know that they have polyps in their stomach until they go to the hospital for a check-up, because most of them have no symptoms. Some may present with mild pain or discomfort in the upper abdomen, nausea, anorexia, dyspepsia, weight loss, and chronic diarrhea. If the polyp is eroded or ulcerated, intermittent or persistent bleeding may occur.
Larger polyps may be blocked in the pylorus or the polypoid antral mucosa can slip into the duodenum, causing symptoms of pyloric obstruction. In general, there is a high chance that an adenoma will deteriorate into gastric AI.
4. Residual stomach
Some patients have to have part of their stomach removed due to stomach diseases such as stomach ulcers, and the remaining part is the residual stomach.
Surgery to remove the stomach can cause disruption to the normal physiological structure of the stomach, leading to bile reflux, which in turn irritates the stomach lining and triggers inflammation, a phenomenon known as residual gastritis.
Patients with residual gastritis usually experience a range of symptoms, including epigastric pain, fullness, acid reflux, heartburn, loss of appetite, nausea, and vomiting.
If you don't have obvious symptoms, you can also get screened. Regular screening is very beneficial to high-risk groups of gastric AI, which can detect gastric AI in time.
