In March, the 114th "March 8" International Women's Day arrived as scheduled. In order to effectively protect women's lives and health and further enable the broad masses of women to understand the harm of drugs, on March 4, the Altay Regional Drug Control Office and regional trade unions jointly launched the 2024 International Women's Day Friendship and Anti-drug Publicity Activities of the Chinese Dream, Labor Beauty, and Xinjiang Good 2024.
By setting up consultation desks, displaying smart voice display boards, and distributing anti-drug brochures, the propagandists popularized the relevant laws and regulations on drug control to the women who participated in the activities, and explained the types and harms of traditional drugs and new drugs, as well as how to prevent new drugs. At the same time, the propagandists encouraged the women to become anti-narcotics "propagandists," "supervisors," and "combatants," and to do a good job in anti-narcotics propaganda work among family members, so that the concept of "healthy life, green and drug-free" would enter thousands of households.
In this activity, in a joyful and festive atmosphere, the vast number of women learned anti-drug knowledge, improved the awareness rate of anti-drug knowledge, effectively helped women give full play to their positive guiding role in family life, and gave full play to the power of women in the creation of a "national anti-drug demonstration city" in Altay Prefecture.
