Youth is in the prime of life, and it is time to struggle. Young and ambitious, youth promises the country. "As the main force of development in the new era, young cadres shoulder the historical mission of realizing national development and national rejuvenation. Young cadres should possess the three key qualities of pragmatism, thinking, and transposition, do a good job in various tasks with the quality of "three realities", and contribute their wisdom and strength to the realization of national prosperity and people's happiness.
Adhere to the "pragmatic" quality and build a solid foundation for serving the people. Pragmatism means being down-to-earth and focusing on practical results and results. Grand ideals are of course important, but it is absolutely impossible to be too utilitarian and formalistic and not pay attention to the quality and results of practical work. Wang Yangming, a great Confucian in the Ming Dynasty, proposed the "unity of knowledge and action", emphasizing the unity of understanding and action, and proposing that understanding and action are interrelated, and cannot be separated from reality and talk about theories. Practical actions are better than words, and only by going deep into the grassroots, going to the masses, listening to the needs and voices of the masses, and understanding the real situation, can young cadres find the right "focus point" and answer the "people's livelihood volume". Pragmatism is not only a work attitude, but also a kind of value, and only on the basis of pragmatism can young cadres truly seek well-being for the people and promote social progress and development.
Improve the ability to "think" and build a solid framework for serving the people. Thinking ability is the key to the growth and development of young cadres, only by thinking deeply, with keen insight and analytical ability, can we see the essence through the phenomenon, grasp the core and key of the problem, in order to solve the current predicament, solve the problems on the road of life, go better and further. Young cadres should learn to think, be diligent in thinking, be good at thinking, constantly experience and perceive in the process of studying, improve their comprehensive literacy and ability level through study and accumulation, provide more ideas for thinking and solving problems, and provide solid support for better serving the people and promoting work.
Make good use of "empathy" thinking and build a strong fortress to serve the people. Empathy is not only to understand others, but also to improve oneself. In their work, young cadres often need to deal with different groups of people, including superior leaders, colleagues, and the masses. It is only through empathy that they can better understand the positions and interests of all parties and thus coordinate and solve problems more effectively. Empathy can not only cultivate empathy and tolerance among young cadres, but also make them more rational and objective in dealing with contradictions and conflicts. It will also help young cadres to better serve the masses and truly take the people as the center.
Pragmatism, thinking, and empathy are the necessary qualities of young cadres, and they are interrelated and mutually reinforcing. Only by constantly cultivating and improving these qualities in their work can young cadres better adapt themselves to the requirements of the new era and fulfill their duties and missions.
