There are also many colleagues and friends around me who have lost their jobs this year:
Some because the unit efficiency is not good, reduce costs and increase efficiency, the epidemic has indeed hit many small and medium-sized enterprises too hard in the past few years, and it is not easy to survive.
Some were fired because they were pregnant, because it was an outsourcing post, Party A could not return to the outsourcing company, but it is difficult to say whether they can find a new project again, at this juncture, it is difficult for normal people to find a job, let alone a pregnant woman, and finally forced to resign by themselves, because they can only get the minimum basic salary if they can't find the project.
There are also those who are fired because of their age, and it seems that the workplace is really not friendly to people over 35 years old, and in the workplace, in addition to leaders and management, people over 30 years old are basically young employees in their twenties.
The hardest thing is those friends who have rent and mortgage, I have a colleague who didn't have her position after giving birth to a baby and was forced to resign, and it just so happened that her husband was also unemployed.
The baby was born when she was still young, and she needed to be taken care of all night every day, and the husband and wife were both unemployed, and the monthly mortgage and rent were too stressful for such a family.
Therefore, there are many unemployed people in 2023, but it seems that most of them are new mothers or middle-aged people over 35 years old.
This type of person is generally old and young, and there is a monthly mortgage to be repaid, which is a time of chicken feathers.
There is not much energy to put on work, and it is difficult to fully devote yourself to work, which may be why companies are reluctant to have employees over 35 years old. 
But young people, if they don't have too high expectations for salary and working environment, it is not difficult to find a job, but it is difficult for anyone to find a good job.
So this is probably the employment environment this year, which is not very friendly to middle-aged people, and there are not too many good employment opportunities, so they can barely survive.
