RECOM introduces the on-board, through-hole 6 W RACM06E-K 277 series of AC DC converters in a thin package measuring only 1" x 1". These modules have enhanced isolation and dual patient protection (2mopp) for medical devices that come into contact with patients, as well as a variety of other applications.
The RACM06E-K 277 series converters operate over a wide input voltage range: 100 V to 277 V AC or 120 V to 430 V DC, and are available worldwide. Output voltage options include 33V, 5V, 12V, 15V, and 24V.
The converter maintains high efficiency at light loads, operating in ambient temperatures from -40°C to 90°C and operating temperatures up to 60°C at full load.
The RACM06E-K 277 series has safety certifications for IT multi**, medical, industrial, and household applications. When powering floating loads, it meets the requirements of the Class B EMC specification and has a large headroom. For medical use, the contact current for Type BF patient contact applications is less than 01 ma。
