The residue hydrogenation-catalytic cracking joint unit of Sinopec Jinling Branch was completed and put into operation, and the follow-up treatment of a large amount of catalytic diesel was difficult, and it was difficult to meet the quality requirements of diesel after upgrading to China V in the future. The company conducted a test on the hydrogenation process of catalytic refinery to remove residue oil, and the test results showed that the steam generation of the catalytic unit at medium pressure increased by 3 h, and the amount of slag blended increased by 037%~5.08%, the total liquid income increased by 147%, catalytic diesel mass density by 948kg'down to 928kg m', the cetane number rises from 15 to 178。The reaction temperature of the residue hydrogenation unit remained basically unchanged, and the hydrogen consumption increased slightly.

Conclusions. 1) After the catalytic unit is returned to the refining oil to remove the residue oil and hydrogenated, the main impact on the catalytic device is: the operation elasticity of the fractionation tower is improved, the adjustment of the liquid level at the bottom of the fractionation column has played an effective means, and the steam volume of the refinery has increased by 37vh;The slag mixing rate of the device was increased by about 037~5.08 percentage points; The properties of light diesel oil have been improved, and the density of light diesel oil at the catalytic refraction outlet has been reduced by 17 kg m', the cetane number rises from 15 to 178;Product distribution was improved and total liquid recovery increased by 147 percentage points.

2) The main effects on residue hydrogenation are: the hydrogen consumption of residue hydrogenation increases slightly, and the effect of catalytic diesel modification is obvious, while the properties of residue hydrogenation raw materials, the distribution of bed temperature of each reactor, and the change of bed pressure drop have little impact. (3) Due to the decrease of hydrogenation heavy oil and the increase of straight-run residue, the intermediate processing process is reduced, and the cost of catalytic raw materials is reduced. (4) After about 20vh of catalytic heavy diesel oil is hydrotreated with residue, the cetane number is increased from 17 to 44, which is an increase of 27 units, which is conducive to the company's diesel balance.
