A new season of sports

Former professional boxing super-welterweight overlord Jermell Charlo has been stripped of his WBA super-welterweight world super-welterweight title, which means the former super-welterweight hegemon has lost the last world title in his hands, according to ESPN TV in the United States.

ESPN TV reported that it was WBA President Gilberto Mendoza who informed Dan Rafael of the WBA Commission to officially strip the 33-year-old of the World Title in the hands of Jermel Charlo.

Jermel Charlo has a professional record of 35-2-1, with 19 of those knockout wins. The current situation is the first time since 2019 that Jermel Charlo does not have any World Title in his hands, and the more serious problem is that his heart seems to have been destroyed by Sur Alvarez. Since being defeated by Saul Alvarez at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas last September, Jermel Charlo hasn't played in any boxing bouts, or even come to talks with a candidate.

In recent years, Jermel Charlo has not played very often, in 2020 Jermel Charlo played one match, in 2021 and in 2022, and last year he played only one match against Sur Alvarez.

In fact, the WBA still wants to give Jermel Charlo some time to prepare for the World Title defense. After all, the WBA is the best talking among the four major boxing organizations. But Jemel Charlo seems to have had some problems off the field, and after the loss to Sur Alvarez, Jermel Charlo almost disappeared from the front of ** without even informing any governing body of his future game plans. Now people don't even know if his next fight will stay in the super middleweight division? Or go back to super welterweight? Or is it going to middleweight?

None of this matters anymore, as expected, following the IBF, WBO, WBC, and the WBA have also dropped Jemel Charlo, and the WBA has officially informed the schedule for the next WBA Super Welterweight World Title fight. On March 8, next weekend, it is currently ranked in the WBA.

1. Islam Madramov from Uzbekistan will be ranked in the WBA rankings.

2. Magmund Kubanov from Russia competes for the WBA Super Welterweight World Title.

Israil Madrimov, 29, born in Khiva, Uzbekistan (on the border with Turkmenistan), currently has a professional record of nine wins and one draw, including six knockout wins. Although Israel Madridmov has had few career competitions, he has made a name for himself in amateur boxing, representing Uzbekistan at international competitions and winning gold medals at the Asian Games and Asian Championships. In 2018, Israel Madramov officially retired from the Uzbek national boxing team and then moved to the professional boxing ring.

Magomed Kurbanov, 28, was born in the village of May Day in Kupyansk, Russia, and currently has a 25-fight professional record, including 13 knockouts.
