Therefore, the image of Chunguan in history is to ride a bull to the field to report spring, and the cow master is actually the nickname given to Chunguan by the villagers of Houguanzhai. In the fourth year of Tongzhi in the Qing Dynasty (1866), after the fire of the Houguanzhai community of Shaanxi Governor Liu Rong **, he felt that the order was very chaotic, so he named the spring official of the village as the master, and his authority was limited to organizing and leading and maintaining order when worshipping spring and playing the fire. Houguanzhai "Master Niu" is not only the main body of social fire, but also the core figure of soul, visualization and concretization. In May 2007, it was included in the first batch of intangible cultural heritage protection list in Shaanxi Province.
