On the occasion of the annual "3.15" approaching, in order to improve the financial literacy and financial security awareness of consumers, enhance the awareness and ability of rights protection, and advocate the concept of rational investment, on March 6, the publicity team of Yuechi Rural Commercial Bank walked into the Yuechi tourist check-in attraction "Yincheng Flower Sea", and carried out a financial consumer rights protection education and publicity activity with the theme of "financial consumer protection by your side, protecting rights and interests and preventing risks" for tourists.

At the event site, the bank staff popularized the knowledge of eight basic rights of consumers, such as the right to property security, the right to know, the right to make independent choice, the right to fair trade, the right to claim compensation according to law, the right to education, the right to respect, and the right to information security, through the distribution of promotional materials, on-site lectures, interactive questions and answers. Through the promotion of inclusive finance, pension finance, insurance knowledge and other policies, it helps tourists to correctly understand financial products and services, understand their legitimate rights and interests, and improve their ability to identify and prevent misleading insurance sales and online platform lending inducement.

By sharing common cases such as illegal fundraising and real cases of telecom network fraud, visitors can understand the harm and consequences of financial fraud, and strengthen their ability to identify and respond to financial fraud.

In this activity, more than 200 leaflets were distributed to tourists to promote the eight rights and interests of consumers, illegal fundraising, and prevention of telecommunication network fraud, and more than 20 on-site questions were answered, which achieved good publicity results.
