During his tenure at Times Guanghua, Mr. Li Jin successively served as the general manager of the consulting department and the general manager of the courseware customization supervision department, responsible for providing consulting, training, and customization related to the construction of the training content system for Party A's customers (including more than half of the top 500 enterprises in China). During his tenure at Jinma Aotong Consulting Company, Mr. Li Jin served as the director of training products, responsible for the development of deliverable training courses, the research and development of first-class training products, as well as the curriculum development of more than 80 professional lecturers and the empowerment of more than 30 teaching design teams. Among them, he led the team to independently develop a complete training content system construction for the 4S store of the automobile main engine factory, involving 9 positions and 300+ business courses.

Provide talent training content system construction for China Petroleum International Pipeline. According to the needs of organizational development combined with their own capabilities, sort out the existing courses, start from the business and post lines, involving six key positions such as production and operation, engineering construction, QHSE, operation management, comprehensive management, and party affairs, and carry out the planning and construction of learning maps according to professional settings, on this basis, more than 220 commercial courses have been developed, and more than 200 micro-course competitions have been organized to empower independent development of courses.

He has successively undertaken all the work of the program design and operation of the three micro-course competitions of Bank of China, and has successively empowered Bank of China International Financial Research Institute and Bank of China Financial Business to produce more than 500 micro-courses, and built its own course system in the form of competitions, which has been highly praised by the senior executives of the group.
