Recently, the Guangzhou-Foshan Ring Line Foshan West Station (excluding) to Guangzhou South Railway Station section (hereinafter referred to as "Guangzhou-Foshan South Ring Road") and Foguan Intercity Rail Transit Guangzhou South Station (excluding) to Wanghong Station (excluding) section (hereinafter referred to as "Foguan Intercity") successfully completed the step-by-step speed test, CRH2A-2010 comprehensive test train ran out of 220km h maximum test target speed value, which is a major project node goal achieved since the start of dynamic acceptance of Guangzhou-Foshan South Ring Road and Foguan Intercity.
The starting point of Guangzhou-Foshan South Ring Road is the intercity Foshan West Station, with Zhangcha Station, Shunde North Station, Beijiao West Station, Chencun Station, and ending at the Intercity Panyu Station located in Guangzhou South Railway Station, with a total length of 35 kilometers. Foguan intercity leads from the intercity Panyu station, and the new Guangzhou Chimelong Station, East Ring Station, Guanqiao North Station, Guangzhou Lianhuashan Station, Macong Station and other 5 stations, ending at Dongguan West Station, the line is 37 kilometers long.
According to Guangzhou Metro Group, the step-by-step speed test refers to the test of arranging a comprehensive test to gradually increase the test speed on the first road of the comprehensive inspection train according to the requirements of the joint debugging and joint test test outline, until the test of the highest test speed is carried out according to the standard of 110% of the line design speed. During the test, the system function, dynamic performance and system status are tested within the specified speed range according to the design and relevant technical standards, the speed conditions of the line are judged, and the stability of the power supply system, vehicle system and track system operation is comprehensively tested, so as to better ensure the safety of driving. The design speed of Guangzhou-Foshan South Ring Road and Foguan intercity is 200 kilometers per hour, and the maximum test speed of the step-by-step speed test according to the standard should reach 220 kilometers per hour.
During the two intercity lines in the step-by-step speed test, the comprehensive test train carried out a round-trip test in Foshan west to Dongguan west with 5 speed levels respectively, and the train running speed was gradually increased from 160 kilometers to 200 kilometers and finally to 220 kilometers and hours, reaching 110% of the engineering design speed, and verified the safety margin of the project. According to the on-site test data, during the test run of the train, the wheel-rail relationship, pantograph-network relationship, vehicle stability, track quality index, catenary smoothness and other indicators all meet the requirements of industry standards.
