In order to further enhance the cherry blossom viewing experience of the masses and ensure road traffic safety during the cherry blossom season, combined with the actual road traffic around Gui'an Cherry Garden, according to the provisions of Article 39 of the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China, the road traffic organization around Gui'an Cherry Garden will be optimized and adjusted during the 2024 Guiyang Gui'an Cherry Blossom Season
1. Changes in the road traffic organization around Sakura Garden.
1) From March 11, 2024 to April 11, 2024 (adjusted in time according to the flowering time), traffic control will be carried out on Gui'an Avenue (two-way from Ma'anshan to Machang Bridge), Gaofeng Avenue and Zhangyuan Road.
2) Traffic control measures: Gui'an Avenue Ma'anshan to Machang Bridge two-way side opening and ** opening will be temporarily closed, the main and auxiliary roads of the road section are prohibited from parking in both directions. The Summit Highway is regulated as a temporary parking area for P1. Zhangyuan Road will prohibit visitors from walking in and out of the cherry blossom garden area.
3) Traffic organization measures.
1.Social vehicles that need to drive out of the Tunpo intersection of Gui'an Avenue and drive in the direction of Pingba can turn right at the intersection of each Tunpo Road, drive through the auxiliary road of Gui'an Avenue to the Wangjiayuan overpass and turn down, or drive along the S102 provincial highway to the Wangjiayuan overpass, turn down, and merge into the main road of Gui'an Avenue through the auxiliary road of Gui'an Avenue;
2.Social vehicles that need to drive out of the direction of Guiyang through the intersection of Zhangyuan Road of Gui'an Avenue can turn right at the intersection of Zhangyuan Road of Gui'an Avenue and drive through the auxiliary road of Gui'an Avenue to turn around at the turnaround lane 2 kilometers ahead;
3.From Jiaojiaqiao through Gui'an Avenue and Ma'anshan Road intersection to Guiyang direction of social vehicles can turn right at Ma'anshan Road intersection through Gui'an Avenue auxiliary road to Xiaohewan Road intersection to turn around;
4.Suggested route for detouring to and from the racecourse and peak social vehicles: Ankang Avenue - Xing'an Avenue - Industrial Avenue - Beidouhu Road - Fengfeng Avenue (round trip);
5.Social vehicles going to Qingyutang from the direction of Pingba can enter the auxiliary road at the intersection of Xiaohewan Road of Gui'an Avenue in advance and go straight to the intersection of Tunpo Road of Gui'an Avenue;
6.Gui'an Cherry Garden Area: During the cherry blossom season, vehicles other than residents' vehicles, work vehicles, ferry vehicles, emergency rescue, ambulance, fire fighting, and police vehicles are prohibited from entering the park from 07:00 to 20:00 every day during the cherry blossom season. Vehicles entering the park after 20:00 must leave the park before 07:00 the next day;
7.Guiyang to Anshun (Pingba) two-way transit social vehicles, need to keep the main road of Gui'an Avenue driving, not to enter the auxiliary road, so as not to enter the tourist route can not be driven;
8.If the traffic volume increases during the cherry blossom season, a time-limited traffic policy will be adopted for large trucks in a timely manner, and the specific time-limited measures will be notified separately;
9.Resident vehicles (with a park pass) going to Zhangyuan Community, Group 5 of Farming and Ranch, and Lumaotang Village can enter the auxiliary road at the Wangjiayuan Interchange Diversion in advance and go straight to the intersection of Zhangyuan Road of Gui'an Avenue.
2. Bus through train parking area and driving routes.
Guiyang public transport and Gui'an bus bound routes: starting station - Gui'an Avenue - Gui'an Avenue north side auxiliary road - turnaround lane - Gui'an Avenue south side auxiliary road - bus through train temporary parking area.
Return: Auxiliary road on the south side of Gui'an Avenue - Gui'an Avenue - Guiyang direction.

3. Parking area and driving route of the group tour bus.

Out of the park: Visitor Center - Zhangyuan Road - Gui'an Avenue North Auxiliary Road (Forward) - Gaofeng Interchange - Gaofeng Avenue - Beidouhu Road.
Outside the park.
Direction: Beidouhu Road - Fengfeng Avenue - Gaofeng Interchange Guiyang direction ramp - Gaofeng Interchange U-turn - Fengfeng Interchange ramp - P1 temporary parking area;
Return: P1 Temporary Parking Area - Fengfeng Avenue - Beidouhu Road Return.
2) Admission time:
From Monday to Friday, according to the number of parking spaces for tourist buses in the visitor center, reserved tour buses are allowed to enter the visitor center for parking; On weekends, depending on the total number of visitors in the park, a quantitative approach will be adopted to allow them to enter the park, and the rest of the vehicles will be parked in the group tour bus parking area of the P1 temporary parking area.
Fourth, the parking area and driving route of self-driving tour vehicles.
1) Vehicle parking area planning:
In order to ensure the safety and smoothness of the roads in the park during the cherry blossom season, during the cherry blossom season in Gui'an, Guiyang in 2024, social vehicles (including motorcycles, non-motorized vehicles) and operating vehicles are not allowed to enter the park except for passes, and all self-driving cherry blossom viewing vehicles must be parked in the temporary parking area outside the park.
A total of 2 temporary parking areas are set up:
The P1 temporary parking area is located in the whole section of Fengfeng Avenue, mainly for Guiyang, Qingzhen, Huaxi and other vehicles to park (navigation search: Gui'an Sakura Garden P1 parking section).
The P2 temporary parking area is located on the southeast side of the Ma'anshan intersection of Gui'an Avenue for vehicles coming from Pingba (navigation search: Gui'an Sakura Garden P2 parking lot).
Self-driving vehicles in the parking area of the whole section of Fengfeng Avenue should be parked in a single row in the right direction. During peak cherry blossom viewing periods, alternate parking areas will be activated to meet the needs of more visitors (Navigation Search: Intersection of Hokuto Road and Gaofeng Avenue).
2) Vehicle travel route planning:
1) There are 2 routes for vehicles driving from Guiyang to Gui'an Sakura Garden Parking Area:

2.Jiaxiu South Road - Dongqing Road - Industrial Avenue - Beidouhu Road - Gaofeng Avenue (P1 Temporary Parking Area);

3) Vehicles driving from the direction of Pingba to the parking lot of Gui'an Sakura Garden can enter the auxiliary road through Gui'an Avenue to Xiaohewan Road intersection and go straight to the P2 temporary parking area of Huangmao Village, Gui'an Sakura Garden;
