For whom does the bell ring? The trial of the Israeli aggressors is coming, but it has only just beg

Justice cannot be missed or delayed, otherwise innocent lives will pay a heavy price.

South Africa has accused Israel of committing "genocide" against Palestinians in the Gaza Strip and filed a lawsuit with the United Nations International Court of Justice in The Hague, Netherlands, according to the Global Times. On 26 January, the Court issued an urgent ruling requiring Israel to take all necessary measures to prevent the genocide and improve the humanitarian situation. The Court also declared that it had jurisdiction to hear the case and that South Africa had the right to bring proceedings on behalf of the Palestinians, a group protected by the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide.

South Africa filed an 84-page complaint with the United Nations International Court of Justice on 29 December last year, alleging that Israel had violated the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide and that its military operations in the Gaza Strip constituted genocide against the Palestinians. This is an ironic reality, because the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide, which was supposed to prevent a repeat of the Nazi genocide against Jews and others during World War II, has now become the perpetrators. The Jews, who once enjoyed the sympathy and support of the international community, are now resented and resisted by more and more countries because of their arrogance, unreasonableness, and unscrupulousness.

While prosecuting Israel, South Africa has also requested provisional measures from the United Nations International Court of Justice to urgently order Israel to cease its military operations in Gaza. Because of Israel's long-term blockade and occupation of the Palestinian people, especially in this conflict, it has caused about 260,000 Palestinians died, 6With 40,000 injured and more than 2 million people left their homes, Israel's actions have constituted an ethnic disposition against the Palestinians. Although the ruling of the United Nations International Court of Justice is not enforceable, the fact that the United Nations International Court of Justice does not explicitly oppose war is a form of connivance and favoritism towards Israel.

Even when Israel is accused of the United Nations International Court of Justice, it has not shown any repentance or fear, but has become more arrogant and tough. Even after the UN International Court of Justice ruled in Israel's favor, Israel remained dissatisfied. Netanyahu said strongly that "Israel will continue to fight the Palestinian Islamic Resistance Group (Hamas)". Even more hypocritically, Netanyahu also said that Israel will continue to facilitate humanitarian aid and do its utmost to protect civilians from harm. It can be seen from this that Israel does not care at all about the ruling of the International Court of Justice of the United Nations, because it has the support of the "good son" of the United States, and the United Nations does not dare to do anything to it.

The weakness of the International Court of Justice of the United Nations indirectly contributes to the abuse, allowing Israel to continue to ** the Palestinians. That same night, at least six Palestinian civilians were killed and several others injured in an Israeli bombing of a house in the city of Deir al-Ballah in the central Gaza Strip. Obviously, if Israel does not stop its military operations in the Gaza Strip, the Palestinians may face the tragic fate of being bombed and shot dead at any time.

It is worth mentioning that Israel had earlier accused several employees of the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA) of alleged involvement in the Hamas raid on 7 October last year, and the United States, as the largest single funder of UNRWA, immediately announced that it would suspend additional funding to UNRWA during the investigation. However, since 7 October last year, UNRWA facilities have been attacked 220 times, including 63 direct attacks.
