The ship achieved 100% of the total assembly rate of the total section, 25 days of engine room stern forming, 28 days of main hull one-stop, 32 days of pulling the line to look at the light, and completed the main engine and hoisting before the Spring Festival, and successfully completed the set goal.

After the Spring Festival holiday, 8 consecutive days of rain and snow pressed the "pause button" on production. The project team relayed to the battle, closely followed the node plan, and overcame difficulties. Complete the complete inspection of the structural engineering of the 4 cargo holds before launching; The painting project is seamless, and the construction period is rushed to catch up with the fine weather; The rudder system project realized the hydraulic rudder rotation, and finally the ship was successfully launched according to the original plan.
On March 6, the third 88,800-ton bulk carrier built by CSSC Chengxi for Turkey's CINER company was put on the slipway in the first section and began to be continuously loaded.
The 88,800-ton bulk carrier is a new generation of green ship type independently developed by CSSC Chengxi. It has the following advantages:
1. Load tonnage increase.
On the premise of not breaking through the traditional main scale limitations, the deadweight tonnage of 80,000-ton ships was increased to more than 89,500 tons for the first time.
2. The operating economy has been significantly improved.
By applying the new design concept of wide body small square coefficient and slender stern, the rapid optimization of the ship in still water in the design stage and the stall control in the wind and waves in the operation stage are taken into account, which significantly improves the operation economy of the ship.
3. Optimize the structural design.
In terms of structural design, the ship actively implements refined structural design, and the two-pronged approach of structural weight reduction and component number optimization has achieved a weight reduction of more than 700 tons and a reduction of more than 40% in the number of components compared with the 85,000-ton bulk carrier steel, reaching the international leading level of similar ship types.
