1. Ironing machine series.
1. Can't start the ironing machine?
1) Whether the four emergency stop switches are good or the line falls off;
2) Automatically adjust whether the limit switch of the pressure roller is against or malfunctioning;
3) The safety baffle switch is not reset;
4) AC24V relay is bad;
5) Quick maintenance method: connect 13 and 23 to see whether it can be moved, if it can start, it is generally a switch failure.
2. Can the ironing machine start but can't run?
4) The potentiometer is broken;
2) If the parameters of the inverter are messed up, re-enter, whether the inverter is faulty or not;
3) The main bearing or motor bearing is broken;

3. What is the reason why the conveyor belt of the ironing machine is not synchronized?
1) The tension adjustment of the conveyor belt is inconsistent;
2) After the conveyor belt is aged, the length caused by the partial replacement of the new belt is different;
3) Wax has been beaten on the dryer, (the drum ironing machine cannot be waxed).
4) There is linen rolled on the output roller and it is not taken out.
4. The dryer cylinder of the ironing machine rotates, but the main bearing does not rotate?
The main bearing is seriously short of oil, resulting in the dryer turning bearing does not rotate, and the bearing is disassembled or replaced.
5. Can't the ironer stop immediately after pressing the emergency stop?
When the parameters of the inverter are set, the braking mode should be changed to the inverter free stop, (FU1-07 is changed to 2, this parameter is LG inverter, and other types of inverters are set according to the manual) especially the new inverter must be noted, otherwise there are potential safety hazards.
6. What is the reason for the poor ironing effect of the ironing machine?
1) The steam pressure is too low, and it is required to work 04-0.About 5MPa;
2) After the first day of work, close the inlet steam, open the bypass valve to discharge the residual steam;
3) The installation of the suction pipe position is inaccurate.
4) Whether the trap is working properly;
5) Whether there is a problem with the installation of hydrophobic condensate pipes, if there are multiple equipment drains through the same pipeline, a one-way valve needs to be installed at the rear of each equipment trap.
6) The drain of the condensate main pipe can not be equipped with a trap. The condensate main must not be under pressure.
7) There is too much fouling on the surface of the dryer, so clean it up;
8) The wax cloth has been used to cause the linen and the drying cylinder to be out of sync, and the wax cloth cannot be used;
9) The tension adjustment of the conveyor belt should be consistent, and it needs to be replaced if it is aging.
2. Trough ironing machine.
1. The steamer can't start or won't rotate?
1) Check whether the safety baffle switch and emergency stop switch are normal;
2) Check whether the data cable between the computer board and the operation board is loose;
3) Loosening or fracture of the triangle;
4) Inverter failure;
5) Whether the power supply voltage is normal;
6) Whether the four limit switches are in place at the same time when descending.
2. The slot ironing machine irons the linen and rubs the phenomenon or ironing unevenly?
1) The steam pressure is too low;
2) There is scale at the inlet of the slot, which needs to be cleaned;
3) Use a cleaning rag to treat the groove;
4) Poor air permeability of felt;
5) The position of the bridge and the groove is not accurate.
6) The exhaust is not smooth.
7) The dryer is not centered with the ironing tank.
3. Can't the dryer cylinder of the steamer go up or down?
1) In the process of ascent, the upper 4 control switches are not in place;

4) Whether the pressure of the air compressor is 04-0.6mpa。
4. The speed difference between the front and rear dryers of the tank ironing machine is reduced after a period of time, and the reason why the sheets cannot be ironed?
1) The transmission V-belt is loose;
2) The felt on the dryer is worn;
3) The dryer is not in place;
4) The position of the bridge is offset.
5. What are the requirements of the tank ironer affecting the exhaust effect and exhaust pipe?
1) The output exhaust pipe should be as short as possible and the elbow should be few;
2) Check the direction of the two fans;
3) The wind should be locked correctly against the damper.
6. What are the requirements for cleaning the cloth over the wax cloth of the trough ironing machine?
1) In the ironing process, the output sheet must be rubbed or crescent-shaped must be passed through the wax cloth;
2) The fan should be turned off when passing the wax, otherwise the wax on the wax cloth will be pulled out of the air duct, which will affect the effect of the wax.

3. Folding machine.
1. There is a communication failure on the screen
1) Please press the start button first;
2) The tablet of the third fold left limit switch is not in place or falls off;
3) The inverter is out of phase.
2. The first fold is not folded and falls directly?
1) The middle one of the first group of folding machine feeds is dusty or bad;
2) Counting Disc Problem:
a. The connecting shaft of the counting disc encoder and the nylon disc is broken or out of sync;
b. The encoder of the counting disc does not rotate, and the small bearings on both sides of the counting wheel bite to death.
3) The first fold photoelectric is dusty or bad;
4) The first folding blowing valve is faulty;
5) The air compressor is not turned on;
6) The speed of the ironing machine is too slow.
3. The first fold is uneven or uneven?
1) The pressure of the one-fold air compressor is too high to be greater than 035mpa；
2) The ironing machine has been tilted when discharging;
3) The counting disc runs unevenly;
4) The setting parameters of the first fold b are not accurate, and the positive and negative adjustments cannot be adjusted at the same time or the digital adjustment is particularly large;
5) Whether the two blowing solenoid valves are synchronized;
6) The small hole of the blowing rod is blocked.
4. The brake of the third fold is abnormal
1) There is a problem with the control relay contact;
2) The position of the third fold photoelectric is incorrect;
3) The speed of the folding machine is too fast, the first fold of the sheet falls on the third fold of the photoelectric, and the third fold is moving, resulting in the phenomenon of ultra-wideness;
4) Clutch problems.
5. The fifth fold copy board does not move or jams the sheets?
1) Deformation of the folding plate;
2) The position of the cylinder shaft needs to be adjusted;
3) The solenoid valve is not flexible;
4) One end of the copy plate bracket is broken;
5) Copy plate bracket bearing problem;
6) The elastic band is not elastic and the tightness is different;
7)**Fold on the sheet program;
8) The copy board is lifted for too long.
6. Pressure adjustment of the air compressor of the folding machine
The first fold pressure should not be too high, 0About 35mpa, the second fold is 0About 38, the third fold pressure can be the maximum 05～0.55MPa, the fourth fold 04～0.5mpa, the fifth fold 05～0.6MPa, the total pressure can not exceed 06 MPa, otherwise the safety valve will fail.
7. Abnormal sound of the folding machine
1) There is a problem with the conveyor roller bearing;
2) The photoelectric circuit is sandwiched in the conveying rod;
3) The clutch is abnormal due to relay problems;
4) The transmission chain is loose;
5) The transmission pulley falls off;
6) The bed sheet was not taken out.
8. The influence of the conveyor belt of the folding machine on the folding effect
Always check the tightness of the conveyor belt, if it is too loose, it will affect the flatness of the linen, or cause the linen to be jammed.
9. Check the electrostatic rod and power supply of the folding machine
1) Avoid the contact between the metal object and the discharge tooth of the electrostatic bridge, which causes the electrostatic rod to smoke;
2) Clean up the dust of the static rod;
3) Adjust the gap position between the electrostatic rod and the conveyor belt;
4) If there is smoke from the electrostatic rod, the electrostatic power should be turned off immediately and the equipment can be used normally.
10. The work that must be done every day in the folding machine
1) Clean all optic eyes with air tubes;
2) Check whether the equipment has abnormal noise;
3) Whether the counter is operating normally;
4) Water discharge in the air compressor;
5) Whether the pressure of the air compressor meets the requirements.
11. How to solve the fault at the display screen E?
1) Check whether there is dust on the optical eye at E;
2) Whether there is any effect on the optical eye when the conveyor belt is running;
3) Check whether there is any dust in the last total counting eye;
4) Check whether there is a linen quilt stuck at the E place.
12. The third fold of the folding machine is unevenly adjusted at both ends?
1) Adjust the gap between the two sticks of the third folding table;
2) Check the speed of the left and right sides of the conveyor belt on the table, and use paper tape to adjust and repair.
