He is good at sports operations and is the first-class main division of the Northeast Army. This main division is Zhong Wei's fifth division, and he is the division commander. 
When the title was awarded in 1955, Zhong Wei was awarded the rank of major general, and in the face of this rank, he felt that he had lowered himself, so he was very dissatisfied. In addition, after the reorganization of Dongye in 1949, he was appointed as the first commander of the 49th Army, and Liang Xingchu, who was also the commander, was awarded the rank of lieutenant general at this time. In fact, from today's point of view, Liang Xingchu's lieutenant general, there is nothing to question, the title was awarded in 1955, and before that, in 1950, Liang Xingchu led the 38th Army on the Korean battlefield and played the title of "Long Live Army", and his merits are very great. Therefore, objectively speaking, Zhong Wei was awarded the rank of major general, which was not intentional, so at that time, when evaluating the military rank, it was not just based on merit alone, Zhong Wei did not understand at the time, he said that he wanted to hang the military rank on the dog's tail.

Zhong Lailiang is Zhong Wei's eldest son, when he was eight months old, Zhong Wei left his hometown, when the two met again, it was already 1949, when Zhong Lailiang wanted his father Zhong Wei to find an errand for himself, Zhong Wei directly refused, he said: "I see you, you are a farmer, go back" Later, Zhong Lailiang has been in his hometown, according to his father's instructions, quietly a farmer, he has never touched his father's light. In 1984, Zhong Wei died of illness at the age of 73.
