1. Initial adhesion test of medical tape Initial adhesion test of bandage:
GB4852 specifies the test method for the initial adhesion of adhesive products (medical tape, self-adhesive bandage), and rolls a steel ball over the adhesive surface of the adhesive tape placed flat on the inclined plate. The initial tack size is evaluated according to the maximum size of the steel ball that can be adhered to the viscous surface of the specified length.
2.The FINAT method specifies the American Standard test method for the annular initial tack of adhesive tape products.
Generally, for adhesive products that need to be exported abroad or meet the requirements of the American standard, the FINAT annular initial tack test method is required.
The specific requirements are as follows:
Definition: The annular initial adhesion of a pressure-sensitive material is the separation force after the annular material (adhesive side outward) is in contact with a certain area of the standard version at a certain speed.
Test Method: A movable tensile tester or similar instrument with a clamp with a vertical separation speed of 300mm min and an accuracy of 2%. The maximum reading is at least 20n and the accuracy is 2%.
A glass plate with a size of 25 05mm*2.0mm*thickness is at least 30mm.A metal pin is fixed in the center of one side, and the size of the metal pin should be able to be stuck in the lower clamp of the tensioner.
Test Sample: A test strip taken from a representative material. The test strip is 25mm hip and at least 175mm long in the direction of the testing instrumentThe incision should be clean and straight. At least 5 strips of each material should be taken for testing.
Test conditions: Temperature 23 2, 50% RH 5% RH. The specimen should be left for at least 4 hours before testing.
3. In 2015, the latest domestic introduction and implementation of the "GB T31125-2014 adhesive tape initial adhesion test method ring method".
This standard specifies the test method for determining the initial tack of adhesive tape by the annular method, which is suitable for the determination of initial tack of adhesive tape and can be used for quality control and research of products. Compared with the traditional rolling ball method (GB T4852-2002), the test data of the initial tack of adhesive tape determined by the annular method are more reproducible.
