Tips:
1.Blanching the tofu after it has been cut can make it firmer and also retain its shape better.
2.Don't fry the diced pork on too high heat to avoid paste.
3.According to personal taste, the amount of bean paste can be increased or decreased appropriately, and the bean paste is very salty, so pay attention to the amount of salt added when seasoning.
4.Make sure that the seasoning is sufficient before thickening, as it is not advisable to season significantly after thickening.
