Kirk Hunter Studios once again pushes the boundaries of digital orchestration with Concert Strings Adaptable, the world's most performable and flexible library of symphonic string samples, recorded at the revered First Presbyterian Church in Santa Monica, California. This innovative tool promises to revolutionize the way composers and producers interact with digital stringed instruments by providing unmatched playability and flexibility, combining high-quality string samples with an innovative playback engine that can switch between articulations without the need for key switches or controllers.

Concert Strings Adaptive stands out with its unique Ensemble tones that are tailored to suit the user's playing style, eliminating the need to manually switch articulations. This feature, along with a dedicated automation page, allows for seamless transitions between articulations via MIDI CC, providing a more intuitive and expressive playing experience. In addition, the versatility of the library is further enhanced by the full selection of legato options and the use of random loops to prevent note repetition, ensuring natural and dynamic playing.

The global page in the GUI introduces a set of spatial presets to determine the style of the room, as well as touch presets to configure how the instrument responds to the user's playing style, and velocity presets to provide a variety of starting response options. In addition, parameter settings such as release time, legato style, dynamics, bow change sampling, and kneading are also provided. The dedicated mixer section also balances the levels of individual instrument sections, provides detailed control of the overall sound with near, mid and far mic signals, and offers a three-band parametric equalizer and a built-in reverb processor.

Compatibility. Concert Strings Adaptive requires Kontakt 6 from Native Instruments6.1 or newer, supported PCs running Windows 7 or later and running macOS 10Mac version 9 or later. In addition to standalone applications, VST, VST3, AU, and AAX plug-in formats are also available. Reading cured my mental exhaustion
