Foshan City actively cooperated with the Guangdong Provincial Food and Drug Administration, signed a framework agreement, and introduced its subordinate drug testing institute, medical equipment institute, evaluation and certification center (two institutes and one center) and other industrial supporting landing, attracting a number of related enterprises to settle down. However, the introduction of industrial support needs to be coordinated with state-owned enterprises. **Relevant departments should strengthen overall planning on the basis of prudent investment in financial subsidies, take into account the pressure of state-owned enterprise project operation, and protect the healthy development of enterprises.
The landing of enterprises needs financial support from investment institutions. Financing biopharmaceutical projects has always been a problem. The R&D cost and long cycle of biomedical projects are high, and there is a mismatch between them and the requirements of bank financial support. Therefore, the guidance of industrial parks and other financing means are particularly valuable. ** We should give full play to the investment leading function of state-owned capital, promote investment, make every effort to attract large and excellent enterprises, and promote the establishment of the biomedical industry chain and ecosystem.
More scientific and technological support is needed for enterprise cultivation. At present, the cultivation and incubation of enterprises basically rely on the independent development company of the park, and it is difficult to spontaneously form a high-standard Zhanxin industrial park. Biomedicine and health are strategic emerging industries, but the park lacks a technology business incubation platform and a key enterprise cultivation platform, which makes it difficult to attract innovative enterprises. Second, implement the concept of green ecological development, as an emerging park with incremental development, it is necessary to do a good job in energy planning. **The Institute of Resources and Environment of the Development Research Center has carried out a research on the planning of smart energy, zero-carbon and low-carbon parks in the industrial park.
