No matter what unit you work in, don t put too much emphasis on your position

In five years, I'm going to retire. As a senior teacher who has worked in the unit for many years, I would like to tell you: no matter which unit you work in, don't attach too much importance to your position.

Colleagues are just partners at work, if they can get along, if they can't get along, they don't need to force it, just maintain superficial harmony, and don't have to deliberately please anyone.

The superior leaders are just working, and we don't owe them anything, just give them respect, no need to be submissive. Even if the leader arranges a lot of tasks, he can't forget that he still has a life.

We need to learn how to manage our time, arrange our work and family properly, and not complain about how much we pay or not, and don't argue with people in the workplace who are not worthy of our emotional influence.

We are only here to work, and if we care too much about the opinions of our leaders and colleagues, we will lose badly. It is enough to maintain a superficial harmony and be worthy of your conscience.

Work is only to support the family, if you feel tired, take a break, the work can never be done. Some people will praise you, others will slander you behind your back, we can't please everyone, it's almost enough.

Always remind yourself that although we are only members of society, we are the pillars of the family.

It won't make a difference if you don't have the unit, you can still operate without you, but there are people at home who need your care. Don't get involved in the battle between right and wrong, just look at things and focus on your own work.

We are just ordinary people who have tried our best to live. In the workplace, you may be just a brick, but in the family, you are half the sky. Do you agree with me?
