Selection requirements for integrated prefabricated pumping station:
1. The scale of the sewage pumping station and the design of the sewage pumping station should be determined according to the amount of sewage in the near future.
2. It should be clarified whether the sewage pumping station will be built at one time or in phases to determine its standards and facilities. After the sewage is lifted by the pumping station, the effluent enters the river canal and is returned to the treatment plant to select the location of the sewage pumping station.
3. In the separation drainage system, the rainwater pump room and the sewage pump room can be built in different locations in the courtyard, or they can be built together in a structure, but the sewage lifting pump, collection tank and pipeline should be self-contained.
4. When the collection tank and the machine of the integrated prefabricated pumping station are in the same structure, the collection tank and the machine need to be separated by a waterproof partition wall, and no leakage is allowed, and the practice is required according to the structural design specification; A certain construction distance should be maintained between the divided collection tank and the machine to avoid uneven subsidence, in which the collection basin is mostly round, and the machine is mostly square.
5. The integrated prefabricated pumping station structure is not allowed to infiltrate groundwater, and should be equipped with a higher groundwater level of 05m waterproofing.
6. Pay attention to reducing the impact on the surrounding environment, combine local conditions, keep a certain distance between the pumping station and residential houses and other public buildings, and the yard of the pumping station must be greened, and build a partition wall belt around it.
The selection of the internal supporting grid of the integrated prefabricated pumping station shall comply with the following provisions:
1. For pumping stations with solid impurities in the inlet water quality that may block the pump and subsequent pipelines, a grid device should be provided;
2. The design flow rate of the grid should be the same as the design flow rate of the pumping station;
3. When there are fewer impurities in the water inlet of the pumping station, it is advisable to set up a blue grille;
4. When there are many impurities in the water inlet of the pumping station, it is advisable to set up a crushing grid;
5. Under special unfavorable circumstances, such as when the flow rate of the pumping station is large, the grid can be installed separately in the water inlet grid well. The inlet grid well should meet the requirements of grid installation and the water distribution requirements of the subsequent pumping station.
