In the actual operation of the first PEM water electrolysis hydrogen production system in Yining, the DC power consumption is < 42kwh nm3, combined power consumption <44kWh NM3, the electrolyzer monolithic consistency is excellent, the voltage standard deviation is <5mV, and in the cold application scenario of more than ten degrees below zero in Yining, a 24-hour unattended electrolysis system insulation technology with extremely low power consumption has been developed to verify the adaptability of outdoor low temperature environment.
In addition, compared with other water electrolysis hydrogen production products, the hydrogen production pressure of the electrolyzer can reach 4MPa, and the structure can withstand the instantaneous impact of the maximum pressure difference of 6MPaWith an increase of more than 50% over the industry average, the design can save energy consumption in the hydrogen refueling process.
In the next step, Sinohytec will continue the diversified business layout from "hydrogen power generation" to "electric hydrogen production", explore the development path of green hydrogen, create a low-cost green hydrogen guarantee, and promote the large-scale development of the hydrogen energy industry.
