Every holiday year, the days are like sand between the fingers, leaking very fast, in the blink of an eye is the last day of February, half of the month in the hometown, half of the time in the island city, busy and happy.
I saw the people I missed, I ate the meal I hadn't seen for a long time, and every day was chattering and binge-eating, as if all the words and all the food were concentrated in these days of the New Year's Festival. Because I cherish it, I enjoy it extraordinarily.
About reading. The New Year is relatively busy, squeezing out the original reading time, and I read two books this month: "You Are Like a Bird Flying to Your Mountain" and "Fearless". According to the arrangement of the reading club, I took everyone to review "Mr. ** Goes to a Psychologist", these books are all about self-exploration and self-growth, which are in line with the current needs of self-improvement.
About writing. In February, we continued to do daily changes, and every day there was something to say and something to write, all of which were recorded of inspiration anytime and anywhere, and all of which were repeatedly recalled. Up to now, there have been more than 100 articles and more than 50,000 words. I am very grateful for my self-discipline and perseverance, and my daily text output has become a part of the law of life.
About sports. Most of February went off the normal track of movement and only started again this week. No exercise but labor, return to the hometown to continue the busy year, return to the island city to take the baby alone, busy and happy every day, the first two months of exercise to lay the foundation, the initial results, hard but not tired.
About encouragement. In February, I encouraged punch-in, and I would remind myself every day to discover value, but punching in was still limited to specific scenes, and I still couldn't be gentle and firm for a long time, and I couldn't speak well throughout, so I also set a flag for myself and continued to practice next month.
About Exploration. It was difficult to make progress on the way to find a job, and after returning to work, I started a new exploration and concentrated on making money. Whether it is professional skills, social e-commerce, or self-improvement, they are all crossing the river by feeling the stones, and I believe that as long as we start, it is never too late, and we look forward to achieving results in the future.
The whole month of February is more comfortable, focusing on family companionship and enjoying life. As the title says, recuperate, happiness first, adjust the accumulation, and set off again!
