From Monday to Thursday every week, users who complete a taxi trip after receiving the task can get a 5% discount coupon for the second order of the day. In addition, users can also receive a 20% discount taxi coupon every day. AutoNavi has also launched a variety of special offers** in Shanghai, including taxi discounts ranging from 40 yuan to 100 yuan, covering a variety of travel scenarios such as commuting, special express buses, and special cars.
In other cities, users can search for "city name + wool" in the AutoNavi map app to participate in the activity and enjoy taxi discounts.
In addition to issuing taxi coupons, with the navigation and planning capabilities of AutoNavi Map, AutoNavi Taxi has also launched the first intelligent pick-up point in the industry to help passengers save time and money with technology.
When a passenger requests a ride, the platform will only calculate the delivery route based on the pick-up point and destination selected by the passenger. Because the pick-up route is not considered, it often leads to one more turn or one more U-turn on the trip, and the distance is increased by hundreds of meters at least and one or two kilometers at most, resulting in a waste of time and fare.
AutoNavi and the online car-hailing platform will integrate the location of the vehicle, pick-up point and destination after the vehicle receives the order, and the docking route and the driving route will be integrated and calculated. When a better route is discovered, the smart pick-up point will recommend drop-off points for passengers on the new route, saving time and money on the trip. Passengers can choose whether to change the pick-up point or not.
Previously, in December last year, with the support and guidance of consumer rights protection organizations in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangdong, Jiangxi and other provinces and cities, AutoNavi's taxi fare bodyguard service was officially upgraded. Fare bouncers can detect fares in real time, proactively detect fare fluctuations and alert consumers to pay attention. For the unreasonable fare identified by the fare bodyguard, AutoNavi promises to compensate consumers in advance. At present, in the AutoNavi taxi aggregation platform, the fare bodyguard service has covered all cooperative online car-hailing platforms.
