After the instant adhesive is applied to the "wire binding adhesive", please stick it on the concrete wall within two minutes, the temperature is 23 degrees, and the humidity is 50%, and it takes 30-60 minutes to harden. The data is for reference only, after all, it is related to the construction environment and the contact surface of the glue.
Safekeeping
Keep out of reach of children, avoid direct sunlight as much as possible, and store in a room temperature of 5-35 and a ventilated place. As long as you open it, you should use it all at once, but if it is useless, wrap it with tape and seal it before storing it.
The "wire lashing adhesive sticker" is composed of two parts, the gray square panel is 30mm long and wide, with a thin concave and convex layer on the surface, and the yellow lashing tape is about 100mm long, there should be metal wire inside, and the outer edge is insulated. The amount of instant adhesive should be just right, more waste, less will fall and fall, but also to see whether the lashed wire is weak or strong, one or more wires.
"Wire lashing adhesive sticker" is the Chinese name given to it by this electrician friend, consulting some electrician friends, they said that they have not seen this material in China, there is a similar use method inside the distribution cabinet, but the wiring of the binding fixed wire has not been seen. Usually, the electrician goes first, and the wires are tied to the top of the concrete ceiling when wiring, so that it will not interfere with the construction of other workers in the later stage, and there will be no rework. At the same time, the wiring interval of strong and weak electricity should be at least 150mm apart.
The lashing in the above picture is all weak wires, which are for fire alarms (milky white), two kinds of network cables (blue-gray, yellow), * lines (gray), and TV signal cables (black).
Under normal circumstances, weak wires other than fire alarm sensors (installed on the ceiling) should be ground wiring, but this electrical modification project, many of them are added, and the location has changed, so the wires go above the ceiling.
In the picture above, the lower right corner is the cable tray of the electrical tooling, and the yellow hook hanging on the screw rod and the small gray clip are also the materials often used in wiring.
The wire binding spacing is one meter, and the spacing can be appropriately reduced according to the number of wires and the total weight, such as about 800mm. This does not need to be measured with a ruler, and if there is a sense of falling wires, you can add a lashing adhesive tape in the middle.
When wiring, if you encounter the corners of the beam, please leave more wires and bend them by hand to make a shape. Do not allow the wires to come into direct contact with the concrete corners of the beams, as they can easily break when shaking violently.
"Wire lashing stickers" can also be used on concrete walls, such as the metal ceiling pictured above and the poured concrete floor on top, which has become increasingly popular in Japan in recent years.
The angle of this shot is not very good, and I wanted to show you that the wire does not touch the corner of the concrete. In this case, if there is a possibility of access, a thick and smooth black tape is attached to the corner to reduce friction and protect the wire. This is also one of the inspection items at the time of acceptance.
Three bathrooms will be built in this corner. After the formwork was removed, the electrician was the first to enter the site for construction, and before the other workers came in, the wires were almost pulled.
The advantage of an electrician wiring first is that there are no obstacles and the job can be done quickly. However, like the scene above, the light steel keel is to be plastered to the top and soundproofed. Before plasterboarding, it is impossible for an electrician to pull the wires through, as they will be cut due to obstruction.
This situation should be mastered in advance in the pre-embedding stage, if there are wires that need to pass between the two rooms separated by the light steel keel, the wire pipe should be reserved in the ground according to the number of wires and the position, so that it is much more convenient to wiring in advance in the later stage.
When wiring, generally draw the position of lighting and other appliances on the ground, and then paste the wire binding glue above the corresponding position, and you can pull the wire to tie it after about half a day, and then make up a few glue stickers at a longer distance.
When wiring, the length of the wire should be determined according to the height of the ceiling, usually about one meter longer than the ceiling. The wire should be tied up and put about 300mm, too low will affect the work of the ceiling master. Encountering someone will also cut your wires.
After the electrician wiring, the outline of the light steel keel also came out, and it was just waiting for the plumber to finish working before the plasterboard and ceiling could be attached, and in Japan, the electrician only did the work of an electrician, and the plumber did the plumbing. Water and electricity are completely separated.
The pink coating is styrofoam, and when the other side of the wall is outdoors, the wall needs to be sprayed with styrofoam, which is 25mm thick.
This situation foreman should be mastered in advance, and must be sure to do a good job of the binding glue used for electrical wiring before spraying styrofoam, if you forget it, it will increase a lot of workload, and the styrofoam surface can not be attached.
"Wire lashing adhesive sticker" in a normal room temperature environment, with special instant adhesive, one adhesive tape can bear 2kg. 2.0mm*3 core sheath wire, a maximum of four adhesive stickers are tied. Japan has been using it for many years, and it will not fall off if you do it according to the requirements.
