According to Jia Yueting, Ding Lei has been working at FF for nearly two years, with an income of up to 30 million yuan, learning FF's new AI and Internet car manufacturing concepts and knowledge, but taking advantage of his position, he has been planning and committing theft of FF's intellectual property rights, technical data and trade secrets.
After leaving the company, he continued to carry out the above acts with Gaohe Automobile, and was able to launch the plagiarized product in a very short period of time within the R&D delivery cycle that was far below the industry norm.
In response, Gaohe Automobile issued a statement in response, saying that there was no plagiarism and infringement of FF company's trade secrets and intellectual property rights, and there was no unfair competition. The details are as follows:
