What is the classification of steel fibers

The raw materials of steel fiber are mainly carbon steel and low-alloy steel, while stainless steel is preferred in special corrosion environments. At present, the steel fibers widely used around the world can be divided into four main categories:

Steel fiber manufacturers The first is the high-strength steel wire cutting type, which is a steel fiber that is accurately cut off by a professional cutting machine to form a tough fiber body according to the established length. The second is the thin plate shear type, which is derived from the exquisite shearing process of cold-rolled thin steel strip, and each piece is carefully polished, which not only ensures the strength, but also has the appearance. The second is the melt pumping type, which is unique in that it brings a special helical angle disc into contact with molten molten steel. When the disc rotates, it will quickly carry the molten steel off the surface, and due to the centrifugal force generated by the rotation and the cooling action of the disc, the brought out molten steel quickly solidifies, forming a strong and slender fiber. Finally, there is the ingot milling type, which is precision milled by a special milling cutter to ensure that each fiber has a uniform texture and perfect shape. These four types of steel fibers have their own characteristics, and together they provide strong material support for modern industry, construction and other fields.
