1. Customs declaration process for imported pre-packaged food.

1.Label pre-review.

Label pre-examination means that before obtaining the inspection and quarantine certificate of imported food, enterprises need to apply to the local customs in advance for the review of the label of imported food and submit the following information:

1) Application for Examination of Imported Food Labels;

2) A copy of the applicant's business license;

3) Provide trademarks, patents or relevant certification documents recognized by the administrative department of health related to food labels;

4) Textual and numerical content such as general introduction, ingredient list, product name, net content, name and address of domestic ** business;

5) The nutrients and content indicated on the label;

6) the declaration of the exporter and the producer as to the guarantee of authenticity of the label;

7) Other materials deemed necessary by the Customs.

2.Inspection.

After obtaining the inspection and quarantine certificate of imported goods, the enterprise shall report to the customs at the import port for inspection in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Inspection of Import and Export Commodities and its implementing regulations. The following information should be provided when reporting for inspection:

1) Necessary documents such as contracts, invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, etc.;

2) Relevant supporting documents that meet the requirements of national laws and regulations;

3) Process flow diagram, countersignature report, quality analysis report and other materials related to inspection;

4) The inspection report or health certificate of the imported food that shall be inspected in accordance with the law.

3.Customs.

Enterprises shall, after obtaining the inspection and quarantine certificate of imported food, declare to the customs at the port of import in accordance with the Customs Law of the People's Republic of China and its implementing regulations. When declaring customs, the contents of imported food should be truthfully declared, and the following information should be submitted:

1) Bills of lading, waybills and other shipping documents;

2) Commercial documents such as contracts, invoices, packing lists, etc.;

3) Certificate of Origin of Imported Food;

4) Relevant supporting documents that meet the requirements of national laws and regulations;

5) process flow chart, countersigning report, quality analysis report and other information related to customs declaration;
