The steam generator is a small steam product, with an effective water volume of less than 30L, and there is no need to report for annual inspection.
2. Safety factor. Steam boiler belongs to pressure vessels and special equipment, and it has potential safety hazards due to improper operation during use. Steam generators belong to the category of small pressure vessels, with a special safety protection system, and its safety factor is higher than that of steam boilers.
3. Volume artificial. The steam boiler is large in size, requires a special boiler room, and has a boiler operation certificate, which costs about thousands to tens of thousands of dollars per year. The steam generator has a compact structure, a small footprint, no need for boiler room and boiler operator certification workers, and has an automatic operating system and alarm system.
4. Work efficiency. Due to the large water volume of the steam boiler, the heating is too slow, so it takes more than 20 minutes to produce an ordinary steam boiler. The steam generator has a small water capacity, so it only takes 3-5 minutes from ignition to steam output.
