-- The experimental school of Hai'an Development Zone carried out anti-fraud theme education activities.

In order to further enhance students' awareness of fraud and improve their self-prevention ability, on March 5, the Experimental School of Hai'an Development Zone organized an educational activity with the theme of "Say No to Telecom Network Fraud".

During the activity, the class teacher popularized the knowledge of fraud prevention to the students from three aspects: what is telecommunication network fraud, the prominent characteristics of fraud, common methods of fraud and how to deal with it. Combined with the current high and frequent typical cases, the class teachers explained 7 common telecom fraud methods and countermeasures, such as "online part-time job and ** swiping fraud", "pretending to be online shopping platform customer service and express customer service", "stealing QQ and WeChat to borrow money by pretending to be friends", "using fake base stations to send text messages pretending to be banks and operators", "applying for credit cards online and increasing credit card limits", "pretending to be relatives and friends for help", "sending false winning information" and so on.

The head teacher advocates that the majority of students should not be greedy for cheap and have a comparison psychology in their daily life, once they encounter fraud, they must resolutely do "not gullible, do not leak, do not transfer", and report to the public security organs in a timely manner if they have caused losses, and at the same time warn everyone to establish correct values and consumption outlook, focus more on learning, and make full use of their spare time to strive to improve their ability and quality.

Tighten the strings of prevention and stay away from the harm of fraud. In the next step, the school will continue to carry out publicity and education on the prevention of telecommunication network fraud on a regular basis to help build a safe, stable and harmonious "fraud-free campus".
