Text: Zhang Chenxi.
Life is like a reverse journey, everyone stumbles on their own journey, and tastes the ups and downs.
Sometimes, the pain in my heart is like an endless autumn rain, soaking every corner.
One sentence a day In life, many people are always accustomed to confiding their pain to others and seeking a little comfort.
However, the truly wise understand that it is not wise to complain to others.
Because, the hardships and setbacks of life need to be faced and solved by themselves after all.
In the journey of life, everyone will encounter setbacks and difficulties, which is an unavoidable fact.
However, when we complain about our suffering, we are actually magnifying our own suffering, allowing it to ferment in our hearts until it becomes an insurmountable mountain.
Don't complain about grievances, because complaining doesn't really solve the problem.
When we talk to others about our pain, we may find some comfort and understanding, but this is only temporary.
The problem still exists, and we still need to face and solve it.
More often than not, complaining is just an emotional catharsis, and it is not a substitute for actual action and effort.
Moreover, complaining about others can be a burden to others.
Everyone has their own lives and troubles, and we cannot impose our own pain on others, let alone blindly rely on the sympathy and comfort of others.
Not everyone understands your feelings, and not everyone is willing to listen to your grievances.
Sometimes, excessive confiding can be annoying to others.
Don't complain about it, not because we lack trust, but because we need to learn to be strong.
Every complaint is like the opening of a wound.
Although I am sympathetic and comforted in the short term, in the long run, I may fall into deeper dependence and powerlessness.
And when we learn to digest ourselves, those past sufferings and tears will turn into our motivation and courage to move forward.
The real pain is something that no one can share for you.
Only by learning to digest oneself can we truly get out of the predicament.
There will always be wind and rain in life, and there will also be sunny days.
When the storm comes, we may feel lonely and helpless, longing for someone to hold up an umbrella for us to shelter from the outside world.
But the real maturity is to learn to hold your own umbrella in the wind and rain, and learn to move forward steadily in the mud.
Maintaining a peaceful heart and not easily showing one's vulnerability to the outside world is a rare piece of wisdom.
In the days to come, may we all learn to be strong and independent, and not to easily confide in others about our pain and predicament.
Only in this way can we truly become strong in life and take control of our own destiny.
