The production operation and technical departments closely follow the task goal of capacity construction in 2024, and establish a comprehensive plan from the aspects of plan, design, drawings and on-site reality through frequent on-site running, find the right starting point for landing, optimize the organizational mode, and effectively achieve "the actual situation is grasped on the spot, the work is implemented on the spot, and the problem is solved on the spot" to ensure the smooth completion of the annual production task. Since the first quarter, 50 reserve wells have been installed and put into production, and the new wells currently produce 80 tons of oil per day, laying the foundation for the completion of the first-class production capacity construction task.
Recently, in the face of the warm and cold temperatures in early spring, the plant has strengthened safety risk control in the production process, continued to carry out large-scale investigation of hidden dangers, refined rectification measures for the problems detected, and implemented precise policies to ensure that the hidden dangers are investigated and treated in a closed loop, and the operation risks are eliminated in a timely manner. Each oil production team organized employees to check the pipeline insulation of a single well and the gathering and transportation system at the first time, strengthened the frequency of wellhead parameter admission, and took measures such as heating wire heating and dosing to reduce the pressure of the pipeline, so as to go all out to ensure production and operation.
This year, Jingbian Oil Production Plant will continue to implement the main line of "hard work first, reform first, and compliance as the basis", focus on the construction of modern oilfields, focus on the work of oil expansion and production center, further optimize the production organization and operation, reverse the plan, grasp the early action, and strive to achieve a "good start" in the first quarter with the attitude of "accelerating running".
