This is Officer He Xin from the 110 Command Center of the Shangcheng District Public Security Bureau, preaching the common sense of police to the team members. In the relaxed and interesting interactive Q&A, the team members had a deeper understanding of the "110 Lifeline" and understood that they should protect themselves while helping others.
