Japan's Lexus NX has been updated with new exterior and equipment, and the manufacturer has also added an Overtrail version to all models, with the exception of the entry-level NX250. Designed for customers who love the outdoors, this Overtrail version adds a range of black accents to the NX lineup, including the front grille, window frames, door handles, side mirrors, and roof rack.
Overtrail Edition Features:
In the Japanese market, the Overtrail is paired with a set of 18-inch black wheels. For an even more outdoor capability, this outdoor-themed NX has 15mm more ground clearance than the standard model. In addition, the car offers an exclusive color option - "Moon Desert", as shown in **. The interior of the Japanese NX Overtrail also features a unique "Ichiwa" interior color.
Functional and performance improvements.
Not only is the exterior and interior more suitable for the outdoors, but the car has also improved the "off-road" mode. This mode automatically controls wheel slip, which is often the case on uneven surfaces. Its all-wheel drive power distribution has been further optimised with an improved off-road mode. The adaptable variable suspension system customized for Overtrail works in tandem with off-road mode to ensure greater stability and comfort on uneven surfaces.
Security & Technology Configuration.
In terms of safety, the NX 350 F Sport for the Japanese market is now equipped with Lexus' Advanced Parking Package and Parking Support brake safety features. The updated NX will be available in Japan from February 29, 2024.
