Leadership is stronger than we think. Those colleagues are also more competent than we thought. There's no need to help someone else with their homework while writing your own homework.
2. The negative energy of the leader does not have to respond.

Don't respond to emotions, respond to needs. 
3. The purpose of part-time work is to change jobs or retire early
Part-time work is never the goal, but the cultivation of earning power is. The so-called work is a place where we can brush up on experience for free or even for a fee. There are good projects, good teachers, good platforms, and good partners, even if you try and lose, it's okay, the company will help you out.
But if you're lucky and you succeed, your experience and your resume will follow you for the rest of your life. So, find a sense of ownership. In order to retire early, it is more important to cultivate the underlying ability to earn money.
For example, the ability to think deeply, the ability to review and optimize, the ability to communicate and sell, and the ability to build relationships.
